Pals, it is kind of not cool to take someone else’s email and post it but this is from the comedy thing I went to and it makes me really happy. And remember last time I let everyone down. Also my friend Angela Cerilio died and I let her down but before that I didn’t let her down and I visited her. She is in heaven now and has relief from a rough time at the end. I kind of am glad I didn’t follow up because I don’t think I could have handled it or visited again. But anyway some blessings are still happening even though I have had some problems in the Bronx. 

Also thanks Dr. Heravian, you are a pal who helped me so much.
